Can't recall the name of my masseuse, but when I told her I would be spending time in the jacuzzi and steam room after my massage, she packaged up a couple of little containers of the moisturizer and she recommended that I put it on before bed instead of having her apply it at the end of the service. We have had massages all over the world and this experience was the worst. Finally the masseuse turned on music to try to reflect the outside noises. We could heard the construction outside or treatment room and workers cellphones ringing. I paid for a champagne couples massage and what we got was nothing any better then massage envy level of spa treatment. For the money I spend on a couples massage without ANY added spa demerits was highway robbery. No steam room, no sauna AND the outdoor pools that were advertised on their website to be ope starting March 1 aren’t opened either. I thought based on prior experience that the female would take me back to be changing room and my husband with the male. They took us back to the lounge area until we were greeted by our masseuses. This would have been nice to know prior to our booking. When we arrived for our couples massage it was told to you that their spa facilities were closer for reservations. The hot tubs (hot, warm, and cold) are great, they have a nice atmosphere, snacks, juice, tea, coffee, and the men’s spa attendant Brian was exceptional and very nice. It’s clear that the spa along with the resort is old, it isn’t new and shiny, but the spa was better than I expected. The spa itself was very nice, not as good as Qua across the street but also treatments cost much less. If you ever find yourself at the Flamingo, you are well advised to visit her. There is no doubt in my mind it will remain the best ever, because I can’t imagine anyone else being this good, unless I happen to be back in Vegas and see Rose again. I have had a lot of massages in my life, and this is by far the best ever. I got the 80min hot stone and gave her a very general idea of where to focus (lower back, hands, feet) but within those parameters she was so on point that it was as if she talked to my wife in advance to determine which specific spots to work on. She was so skilled, caring, and perceptive. Given that the latter is unlikely, i’ll operate under the assumption that it is the former. I believe Rose to either be an incredibly astute student of the art of massage therapy, or an immortal who has been practicing for 500 years. There is also some free and paid Strip parking available.įind more information about parking options and prices here.It would be impossible to overstate the skill that was applied by Rose H, with whom I had the pleasure of a massage today. Spring (February to April): It's in summer that you’ll find Vegas’ hottest pool parties but to avoid the suntanned throngs of international party-goers, plan a visit in late spring when the pools are open, spring break is over, and the crowds are relatively thin.
